To find the right fit, we believe you should be able try out any trainer before starting your program. That is why your first training session will always be free.

About me
I was born and raised in Zimbabwe before moving to West Texas at the age of 15. Growing up, I developed a strong passion for sports through my involvement in field hockey and rugby. Upon arriving in Texas, I was introduced to the world of Texas football, and it quickly captured my heart. Through dedicated football training, I transformed from a scrawny teenager to an athletic running back, achieving success and winning high school titles. It was during this time that my love for training ignited, leading me to pursue a career in the field. After completing high school, I enrolled at West Texas A&M University, where I obtained certifications as a Certified Strength Coach and Master Trainer through NASM and ISSA.
Choosing to become a personal trainer stemmed from my desire to utilize my skills to help individuals of all backgrounds reach their fitness goals, not just athletes. I strongly believe in establishing meaningful connections with my clients to support their journey towards becoming the best versions of themselves. When you choose to work with me, you can expect a trainer who is genuinely committed to guiding you every step of the way towards achieving your fitness aspirations.

I have been personal training for 17 years and have worked with every fitness level, to say I love the challenge of working to help my clients achieve their maximum potential would be an understatement! I am invested in your journey and design a personalized program for each client to help you reach your goals. Other then training I love spending time with my 3 daughters, cooking, biking and of course working out.
